Mr. Burr is a former full time member of the faculty at Arizona State University College of Law where he served as Director of the Mortgage Mediation Program. He maintains a private practice focusing in the area of real estate law, mediation and arbitration. He has represented buyers, sellers, developers, investors, lenders and business owners in a wide variety of real estate, financing and commercial transactional and litigation engagements. He has extensive experience serving as a mediator, arbitrator, and mediation advocate.

Mr. Burr graduated from Arizona State University in 1988 with a B.S. in Economics and earned his law degree from Pepperdine University School of Law in 1995. He is admitted in Arizona and California.

Mr. Burr has extensive experience in the emerging area of multi-jurisdictional practice. He is the author of an Arizona Supreme Court petition on admission-on-motion and architect of the campaign for the adoption by the Court of an admission-on-motion rule for Arizona.
